Unbreakable New Rhythm
After bouncing back from multiple life-changing medical challenges, I feel I haven't just survived, I have thrived.
By fusing my logic of Web Coding, recovery skills, the soul of Music, my Piano Performances, my disciplines of Teaching, Figure Skating, Inspirational Speaking, Writing and Business, I feel I have not only rebuilt my world, rediscovered my life's purpose, found my unbreakable and electrifying new rhythm of life, found my communitites, however, also discovered a way to give back to The Legends who came before me, The Names Behind My Journey, and, those who inspire me today.
Wenzel's Community Beat
1975 was an inspirational year for British Baking as it marked the year Peter Wenzel created his legendary company: Wenzel's The Bakers
Trading for over fifty years, and rooted in family values "Wenzel's" has grown from a single beloved shop in Sudbury Hill, North West London, United Kingdom to an ever-expanding, community-driven bakery.
With over 100 shops serving London, the Home Counties, and Southern England, they truly are a staple of our high street—proving that when you serve and take care of your community, success naturally follows.
In 2025, they rightfully celebrated their milestone 50th Anniversary by taking home the prestigious "Outstanding Contribution to the Baking Industry" Award.
For me, Baldi the magic always lies in these shared community connections. After chatting with a Figure Skating friend, where our Off-Ice chat always comes back to supporting local gems and finding the best ways to fuel our training, "Wenzel's" legendary Bread came highly recommended.
Ok, I said, where will I find this magical Bakery? Armed with directions, I saw a stop at "Wenzel's", Guildford, Surrey, United Kingdom was not that much of a detour on my walk back to the Station.
Leaving Guildford "Spectrum Ice Rink" a few minutes early, I went exploring.
Arriving to the inspiring aroma of freshly baked Bread, over the next few months, I explored their delicious range of yummies, designed to bring people together, including White and Dark Chocolate Chip Cookies, and their delicious Marble Cake.
Disappointed? No! Not in the slightest - Worth a visit, yes! - Recommended, for sure!
